Shipping Methods and Carriers

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Canada. All orders are shipped using Canada Post. For standard shipping, we use Canada Post Express Post.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (CAD) within Canada.

Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout for eligible orders. Please note that free shipping is provided through Canada Post Express Post.

Priority Shipping

For customers who require expedited shipping, we offer the option of Priority Shipping at an additional cost. The exact cost and delivery time for Priority Shipping will vary depending on the location. The customer will be able to select the Priority Shipping option during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, we strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping times are estimates provided by Canada Post and may vary depending on the destination. Generally, orders shipped using Canada Post Express Post have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Canada Post website. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

Shipping Liability

Once the package is in the possession of Canada Post, the responsibility for the delivery lies with them. We are not liable for any delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit. However, if you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.

Order Restrictions

Please note that we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the selected shipping method and the destination address. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
